Processing Time Orders are processed and fulfilled by our supplier partners. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KV Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
