Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at KV Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us through our contact page.
Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
